Membership & Database Coordinator [Posted: 2010-07-27] Lied Discovery Children’s Museum seeks a self-motivated full-time Membership & Database Coordinator.
This position will support the Development Office by maintaining and documenting all membership activities and donor contributions to Lied Discovery Children’s Museum under $1,000. Facilitating and coordinating production of membership cards, reports, general outreach, correspondence with members, member events, member files and managing membership tab of software tracking system including data integrity and accuracy. This positional also will maintain an accurate database on all donors - past, present and future prospects as well as maintaining paper files of grant requests, receipts, acknowledgements and correspondence with donors. This position will perform prospect and donor research, as assigned.
Candidate must be proficient with spreadsheet, word-processing, and power-point software. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge software a plus. Candidate must have good communication skills and typing skills.
